What services are offered?

We provide extended appointments, 24/7 access, procedures and more, all for a flat monthly fee.

We focus on relationships with our patients and ensuring they are an active part of their healthcare team. Our Direct Primary Care model allows us to spend more time with our patients to get to know them better and, ultimately, provide better care. We were the first DPC practice in Tennessee and are physician only (no NP’s or PA’s). Here is a list of services our team offers:

As a family medical practice, we know that a happy home is a healthy home. We provide personal care and specialize in a range of services to keep everyone in your family healthy, no matter what stage of life.
Pediatric Medicine
From well-child visits to sick care and injuries, our pediatric services cover it all. You’ll have a trusted physician who knows your child and 24/7 access when you need it most. We’re here to support your child’s health at every stage of growth.
Internal Medicine
Our internal medicine services support adult patients with both routine and chronic health needs. Your physician will take the time to understand your health history, manage ongoing conditions, and help you stay well over time.
Women’s Health
We offer a broad range of women’s health services, including routine exams, contraceptive care, and support for common gynecologic concerns. With everything under one roof, you can manage your care with a physician you know and trust.

Instead of a per visit fee, our patients pay a flat monthly membership fee per person. We do offer a discounted monthly membership rate for children ages 3-17. It works similarly to a Netflix subscription or a gym membership in that you pay every month rather than per visit. See pricing information below.
