We believe that the pharmaceutical industry has become too complicated and expensive. We’ve created our pharmacy that provides many common medications available at wholesale pricing, with pharmacists available for questions and consultations. We offer convenient 24/7 prescription pick-up. A Hitchcock Family Medicine membership is not required to use the Pharmacy services.

What Does Wholesale Medication Include?
We have the ability to fill most generic medications at wholesale pricing to pass on the savings to you.
Do You Offer Name Brand Medications?
While we can order brand name medications, we’re not able to offer as much of a discount. Call us with any questions.
Do You Offer Controlled Medications?
We do not offer controlled medications at this time.
Do I have to be a member to use the pharmacy?
We are fully licensed and can fill scripts from any doctors for any patients. You don’t have to be a member to use our pharmacy and experience our savings.

Tired of waiting in line? Rushing before or after work? With HFP, you can pick up meds on your schedule. Our iLocal lock box is the only 24/7 medication pick up in the state of TN. Some rules apply, and our staff is happy to explain and walk you through it!

How it Works

Being a direct pharmacy, we offer a uniquely personal experience for our patients that focuses on individualized care, transparent pricing, and enhanced communication.

  • PROVIDER SENDS PRESCRIPTION

    Have your HFM doctor or any licensed healthcare provider send in script(s). We can also transfer your script(s) from another pharmacy.

  • PHARMACY FILLS PRESCRIPTION

    Within 2-3 business days, we will have your medication filled and notify you when it’s ready.

  • RECEIVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION

    When your prescription is ready, we’ll either load it into the lock box for pick up or ship it to you for a flat fee, whichever you prefer.

  • REFILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION

    Conveniently request your refills by calling into our automated system or using our DRX pharmacy system web app DRX pharmacy system web app.
