What To Expect
When you arrive for your Meet and Greet or first visit with your doctor, you may park in our front lot and come on in! Please let our friendly staff at the front desk know your name, appointment time, and who you are here to see. They will get you checked in and let the doctor know you have arrived. Please help yourself to some coffee or water and make yourself comfortable. We look forward to meeting you!
How does this really work?
Getting Started
The process to enroll is easy, here are a few tips to start off on the right foot.

To begin Sign Up Now to start the enrollment form.

Complete and submit the form. You’ll receive an initial email confirmation, followed by an email confirmation when your enrollment is approved.

Watch for the welcome email from your physician with all of the information you’ll need to get started - policies, records request forms, and physician contact information. If you don’t receive this email within 2 business days, be sure to check your spam folder.

Reply to the welcome email to schedule your first appointment.
After you’ve enrolled, we’ll take you through the process of getting established with our practice by getting to know you, your medical history, and your current needs at your first appointment.
What to Expect At Your First Visit
The most important part of your visit is you, but here are a few tips to keep things running smoothly:
- Check in with our friendly staff at the front desk as soon as you arrive.
- No need to get here early (but please be on time!) all of your paperwork is handled as part of enrollment.
- Feel free to bring previous records from other medical services to include in your file. If you don’t have them, don’t worry; you can fill out a records request once you arrive.
