Instead of a per visit fee, our patients pay a flat monthly membership fee per person. We do offer a discounted monthly membership rate for children ages 3-17. It works similarly to a Netflix subscription or a gym membership in that you pay every month rather than per visit. See pricing information below.

Your membership includes access to extended primary care visits, in-office testing and common procedures at no additional cost, plus significantly reduced pricing on outside labs and imaging when you need more advanced diagnostics.
Office Visits
Unlimited, extended, and unhurried visits with minimal to no waiting. Appointments are usually between 30 and 60 minutes to ensure that all of your health concerns are fully addressed.
Office Tests
Bedside testing like EKGs, strep throat screenings, and urinary tract infection tests are provided at no additional charge ensuring convenient and cost-effective care. This approach streamlines the diagnostic process, allowing patients to receive timely results and treatment without extra financial burden.
Office Procedures
Skin biopsies, mole removals, Pap smears, laceration repairs, and ingrown toenail removals are all included, though there may be an additional fee for any send-off pathology.
Outside Testing
Outside lab testing and imaging at greatly reduced prices provide patients with access to high-quality diagnostic services at a fraction of the cost, making healthcare more affordable and accessible. These services offer accurate results, faster turnaround times, and the convenience of proactive health management without the financial strain.

Getting Started
The process to enroll is easy, here are a few tips to start off on the right foot.

Complete and submit the form. You’ll receive an initial email confirmation, followed by an email confirmation when your enrollment is approved.

Watch for the welcome email from your physician with all of the information you’ll need to get started - policies, records request forms, and physician contact information. If you don’t receive this email within 2 business days, be sure to check your spam folder.

Reply to the welcome email to schedule your first appointment.
After you’ve enrolled, we’ll take you through the process of getting established with our practice by getting to know you, your medical history, and your current needs at your first appointment.
What to Expect At Your First Visit
The most important part of your visit is you, but here are a few tips to keep things running smoothly:
- Please let our friendly staff at the front desk know your name, appointment time, and who you are here to see. They will get you checked in and let the doctor know you have arrived.
- No need to get here early (but please be on time!) all of your paperwork is handled as part of enrollment.
- Feel free to bring previous records from other medical services to include in your file. If you don’t have them, don’t worry; you can fill out a records request once you arrive.
- Please help yourself to some coffee or water and make yourself comfortable. We look forward to meeting you!
